Understand the Ego Trap

Authority Through Judgment

“Someone has to call this what it is, and that someone is me. If I stop judging, I lose control and leave myself exposed.”

Watch Your Mind

Wrong-mindedness: The wrong mind watches for errors to condemn so it can feel authoritative and secure. Judgment is used to establish superiority, then feared as the weapon others might use in return.

Right-mindedness: The right mind watches the boomerang built into judgment. When the urge to prosecute rises, it can be given to a Teacher who sees error without making sin.

Carry This With You

Judging does not keep you in charge; it keeps you afraid.
