The Passing of the Dream
The ego’s substitute reality of judgment, specialness, and projection is exposed, and the dream is traced to guilt-fed specialness expressed through the special relationship. Little willingness opens the Holy Instant as the Holy Spirit’s Answer, and the happy dream becomes a shared practice of releasing control and accepting purpose. The body is unmasked as a scapegoat for guilt, while rest replaces strain as the mind learns to accept Atonement now. A body-based kingdom of scarcity is reimagined as a shared garden when love enters through the Holy Instant, and the mind chooses between guilt’s shadow-world and the Real World of innocence.

The section exposes the ego’s substitute reality—judgment, specialness, and projection—and turns the classroom of relationship into joining with the Holy Spirit’s reinterpretation.
The dream rests on guilt-fed specialness, expressed as the ego’s special relationship; offered to the Holy Spirit, the same form becomes a happy dream that leads toward waking.
As light enters the dream, fear and temptation flare, and the section reorients relationships toward joining, where the Holy Spirit turns time and perception into salvation.
Little willingness opens the Holy Instant as the Holy Spirit’s Answer, undoing ego interference with God’s Will and ending fear-and-guilt bargaining in time.

The body is unmasked as a scapegoat for guilt and separation, while the Holy Spirit reinterprets it as a neutral means for joining, love, and the Holy Instant.
Rest replaces strain as the mind learns to accept Atonement now: time, body, and relationship become classroom tools when you enter one holy instant together.
A body-based little kingdom of scarcity is reimagined as a shared garden when love enters through the Holy Instant, undoing separation by welcoming the brother.
The mind chooses between guilt’s shadow-world and the Real World of innocence, letting the Holy Spirit use forgiveness to cleanse perception and usher in what lies beyond it.
