Defenses. At the zenith: if you feel you need defense, you have already decided you are something that can be attacked—you have identified with an illusion. Reality does not need protection. Defenselessness emerges as strength, not passivity—the recognition that you do not need to protect what you truly are. Forgiveness becomes the only meaningful defense: it protects without attack.

Invulnerability. What is real does not attack because it opposes nothing, and because it opposes nothing, it needs no protection. In the seeming conflict with illusions, you are the strong one because you do not need defense. Truth passes over imagined obstacles without wrestling them into submission. Defenselessness is not passivity—you can act without the inner premise that you are at risk in what you are.
