From each motif's Teachings, the teachings and reversals that draw on this section, in the order of the motifs' salience here. Many draw on other sections too, listed beneath them.

Teachings Drawn from This Section

  1. Healing. Healing is undoing rather than doing. The impulse to fix is recognized as another form of interference. Every pain becomes an occasion to choose again. It is the repeated willingness to hold nothing back—no grievance, no fear, no cherished exception—because every exception is a vote for separation. A moment of love without attack can arrive, and the whole heavy story can loosen just enough for you to be healed together.

  2. Peace. The motif closes as something you carry—an alternate world you bring with you. What you give is what you keep: you are given peace so you can offer it, and in offering it you learn it is yours. Peace is not fragile; your decision is. The invitation keeps repeating: stop, let the mind grow quiet, and remember what it is.
