Holy Instant. What looks like many holy instants are in truth one. The Holy Instant never changes; nothing comes before it and nothing comes after it. You are not collecting beautiful moments like souvenirs; you are learning to stop using time as reference. In the Holy Instant, the faith and forgiveness you imagine you will someday offer are already given because the instant is shared and complete.

Changelessness. The holy instant is the experiential doorway to changelessness—time loosens its grip, the mind stops using past and future as judges. The holy instant never changes and holds everything it ever held right now. You are not your timeline; correction is recognition, not transformation of reality.
